Sometimes you want to do something thoughtful for the ladies you serve, but planning one more Bible study, gift, handout, or ministry project can feel like a lot. Ladies Ministry Bundles give you a simple way to place meaningful, Scripture-filled encouragement directly into their hands without having to create it all yourself.

Each lady receives the same monthly To Every Season letter created for our regular subscribers, filled with simple tools to help her open her Bible, spend time in God’s Word, memorize Scripture, and carry truth with her throughout the month.

Each monthly letter may include a Bible study, personal devotional letter, Scripture memory tools, verse cards, postcards, stickers, bookmarks, and other small surprises.

These bundles are a made especially for:

• Church conferences and retreats

Want to make your letters extra special? The front of your envelopes can be customized for your church or event.

Add your church name, ladies ministry name, conference theme, retreat title, or another simple custom detail so the envelopes feel personal to the women receiving them.

Choose exactly how many you need

You are not limited to set bundle sizes. If you need 17 letters, order 17. If you need 43, order 43!

10–24 letters — $8.50 each
25–49 letters — $8.00 each
50–99 letters — $7.50 each

For orders of 100 or more, please contact us for special church and conference pricing.

Minimum order: 10 letters

Which month will I receive?

Ladies Ministry Bundles are ordered one month ahead so I can prepare enough letters especially for your church or ministry.

Order By September 30 will receive October’s Apple Orchard themed “Abide” letter.

Order by October 30th for November's Letter 

Order by November 30th for December's Letter 

 

Ordering Ahead - If you would like to order bundles of  a specific month for your group please mention the month in your notes section. (For example- You want to gift your ladies a Christmas themed December letter but you're shopping ahead and want to get it off your your plate... order any time but mention in your notes section that you specifically want December's letter - Then you're shopping is done and you will receive your letters in December) 

If you have a specific deadline message me and I can work with your dates! 

The current month’s theme will always be listed on this page so you know exactly what your ladies will be receiving.

All letters are shipped together to one address for your church or ministry leader to distribute.
