Thank you so much for being part of our mail club! Each piece of mail is thoughtfully prepared and sent with care.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after purchase (unless otherwise noted for special releases or preorders).

Shipping Method
All mail club items are sent via USPS standard postage. Because of this, tracking is not available for these shipments.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, letters typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on USPS and seasonal delays.

Lost or Delayed Mail
Since tracking is not included, we are unable to monitor your package once it has been mailed. If your letter has not arrived after 14 business days, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for items sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.
