Each piece of mail in our club is thoughtfully created and prepared just for you. Because of the personalized and time-sensitive nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed for that month.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your mail arrives damaged or something is missing, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly make it right.
